Not a coffee drinker? Try a Cuban batido — a creamy fruit shake in flavors like mamey, papaya, mango, trigo (puffed wheat) and fresa — or a cold glass of guarapo, fresh sugarcane juice. Fresh-squeezed orange juice is on the menu too.
Capri opens at 5:30 AM Monday through Saturday and 7 AM on Sunday, right on Southern Blvd just east of I-95 — a quick stop on the way to work, school drop-off or an early flight from PBI.

Cuban coffee (café cubano, or cafecito) is a strong, dark espresso whipped with sugar as it brews, which gives it a thick, sweet foam on top called espumita. It is served in small cups and meant to be sipped quickly.
A cortadito is a small Cuban espresso "cut" with about an equal amount of steamed milk. A café con leche is a larger cup that is mostly hot milk with Cuban espresso — the traditional breakfast coffee, usually paired with buttered Cuban toast.
The coffee is on from opening. Hours: Monday – Thursday 5:30 AM – 8:30 PM, Friday – Saturday 5:30 AM – 9:30 PM, Sunday 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM.
A Café Espresso Cubano is $2.25, a cortadito is $3.00, and café con leche is $3.75 / $4.75 (regular / grande).
Guarapo is fresh sugarcane juice — sweet, cold and a favorite at Cuban cafeterías. Capri serves it for $4.50.
